Las Vegas turns up the heat this fall with Reverly 2025. A Food Festival featuring once-in-a-lifetime experiences with the world's best chefs. September 19-27, kicks off a weeklong celebration where culinary legends and rising stars transform the Strip into a playground of flavor. At the heart of it all is The Feast (Sept 20), an immersive tasting sprawled across five themed realms: smoky live-fire barbecue from pitmasters Daniel Castello and Burt Bakman, bold Mexican creations from James Beard Award winner Rogelio Garcia and Casa Playa's Sarah Thompson, Mediterranean elegance from Antonio Lofaso and Martin Heierling, Michelin-recognized Asian flavors from Jeff Ramsey and Shirley Chung, and a decadent dessert finale led by pastry stars Jennifer Yee and Roxana Jullipat.
Add in agave-driven cocktails by Mariena Mercer and the energy of Wynn's open-air lawn, and you've got indulgence at its most extravagant.

The week continues with chef collaboration dinners that read like a Michelin dream team—Junghyun Park of NYC's Atomix joining Sarah Thompson, Kyle and Katrina Connaughton of Single Thread cooking alongside Jeff Ramsey, and Douglas Keane teaming up with Martin Heierling at PISCES. The All-Star Chefs Dinner at Delilah pulls together Angie Mar, Gavin Kaysen, JJ Johnson, and pastry virtuoso Juan Contreras for one dazzling night of food, cocktails, and live entertainment. Between master classes like "Bubble + Burgers" with Dominique Crenn and Antonio Lofaso, whiskey tastings with Mahesh Patel, and even a cocktail clash hosted by actor Ian Somerhalder, Reverly proves itself more than a festival—its a high-gloss, star-studded journey through the best flavors on earth.
